This development consists of three three-story buildings with 81 rental units. Only 7 of the units are Affordable Housing Units, meaning prospective tenants will be required to provide income eligibility and age qualifications of 55+ and older.

However, it's important to note that this project was originally presented inaccurately to the City of Clayton and its residents. It is not a senior housing project exclusively for seniors. Of the 81 units, 74 have no age restriction.

Many of the studies on this project were based on it being a senior housing project, and because of that, the studies were flawed and inacurate. In our opinion this project would have never been approved had the developer presented it more accurately and truthful to the City and residents of Clayton.
