Video (5) 13 Minutes of Unfiltered Chaos - Starring Holly Tillman
Preview: Curious about the true Holly Tillman? Look no further. This is the most captivating 13 minutes you’ll ever spend watching her in action - engaging in filibusters, heated debates, and creating a tense atmosphere. She relentlessly hammers the same questions, feigns confusion over action items, and launches repeated attacks on three of her fellow council members, all while showing blatant disrespect for then-Mayor Jeff Wan. The climax? A dramatic meltdown when her intimidation tactics fail. As you watch this video, you'll see Holly Tillman, Peter Cloven, and the city manager pushing to strip the council of oversight for the city's special events. But why? Are they trying to hand control to a favored nonprofit? Remember, this is the third council meeting on a topic that should have been resolved in one. It was merely about drafting a policy to form an Ad Hoc Committee for accountability and oversight of city-sponsored events like the 4th of July parade, Concerts in the Grove, Car Show, and the one-time 60th Anniversary of Incorporation. Skip ahead to the 12:30 minute mark to witness her outburst and her outright refusal to join any Ad Hoc Special Events Committee.
These are Holly's words, not ours. Video length = 13 minutes.
After watching the video it’s apparent that Hollys intimidation tactics failed. Holly, Peter Cloven, and the city manager were pushing hard to strip the council of oversight for the city's special events. But why? It was more than obvious that the city manager wanted to assign the Concert in the Grove to the Clayton Business and Community Association, a group with their own problems.
ReplyDeleteWho is Clayton Business and Community Association?
DeleteFilibustering at its worst.
ReplyDelete13 minutes of per BS. Mayor Wan went above and beyond to try to accommodate her. It is obvious she was pushing her own agenda. This is the best example of self destruction I have ever witnessed. Holly is totally incompetent. I am not sure who she is representing, but one thing for sure, it is not us.
ReplyDeleteHolly is so toxic. She needs to go.
ReplyDeleteThis video is the best entertainment in town. Why would anyone support this person? She needs to go along Peter Cloven.
ReplyDeleteI have seen more than enough to know that Holly needs to go. What a compete waste of council and staff time. She tried very hard to bully the Mayor and council to stop the formation of the Ad Hoc committee and had a temper tantrum when she failed. This needs to stop. A true professional will argue their position in a respectful tone and shake hands and move on when they fail. If you watch all the videos you will see a pattern of hostility towards 3 of her colleagues on the council. Glad we have 3 other candidates to choose from.
ReplyDeleteI couldn't agree more
ReplyDeleteIt was clear what Holly was trying to do: she, with the help of Bret, wanted to hand everything in the city to the CBCA. Her plan didn't work, and she had a temper tantrum
ReplyDeleteI love how Holly faked not understanding the policy as written: maybe she's not as smart as she thinks. We all see through the rouse.
