Video (2) Investigations, Toxic Hostile Work Environment, and Censure Policy

Preview: In this video, you'll witness Holly showcasing her divisive and controversial personality traits. There's no need for an investigation; if there were any grounds for one, the city attorney would already be involved. The real issue at city hall stems from leadership failures, primarily due to the previous two city managers who fostered a toxic work environment. Tune in to the video and form your own opinion.

These are Holly's words, not ours.  Video length = 23 seconds.

  1. I’ve attended many City Council meetings and I can tell you that an investigation is not needed. What is needed is the proper leadership. Past city managers were marginal and displayed poor management skills, especially Brett Prebula.

  2. If anyone needs to be investigated, it’s Holly Tillman and Tamara Steiner (aka the Clayton Pioneer) for their collusion.

  3. Who is Holly trying to censor-her fellow council members or the public? She has been singing the investigation song for over a year. Another complete waste of taxpayer money. It appears from this video the hostility is coming for her. She needs to be investigated.

    1. Holly needs anger management. Her sociology degree taught her nothing.

  4. It is really bad they way she treats her colleges on the city council. I believe they could file a compliant against her for creating a hostile toxic work environment. Because her interaction with the council is on full display, you can only imagine how she treats city staff. It is no mystery why so many have moved on. All Holly needs to do is look in the mirror to determine who is the problem.

  5. No wonder she can’t hold down a full-time job.
