Video (4) Holly Out of Control - Spouses, and It's a Done Deal!

Preview: This video is astonishing. During a recent city council meeting, Holly confronted councilmember Kim Trupiano, alleging that her husband claimed the city's new fee schedule was already finalized. It seems that during the Mayors Conference, Matt Tillman inquired about the upcoming council meeting, and Kim's husband remarked that there would likely be a significant turnout of CBCA members since the new fee schedule was on the agenda. It's important to note that discussing spouses is inappropriate and should never occur in a council meeting.

These are Holly's words, not ours.  Video length = 83 seconds.

  1. Council members' spouses chatting at an outdoor event should not be a topic of discussion during a council meeting. Holly was already aware of how the vote would turn out and felt frustrated that things didn’t align with her expectations. She and council member Peter Cloven believed that with the backing of the CBCA, they could put an end to the new feed schedule. Ultimately, her plan backfired as she attempted to undermine Kim and her husband.

  2. Holly said she it not a liar, so I guess all her comments on the flyer must be true. What the hell was the purpose of bringing this up in the first place. She is out of control.

  3. It's gross how she attacks people and their spouses and claims it's the truth. If one thing is for sure, she calls anyone who doesn't agree with her a liar. In her words, everyone lies but her. There is no accountability, responsibility, or transparency there.

  4. Ms. Tillman needs to cultivate civility. It is exhausting to hear her constant diatribes and negativity.

  5. Ms. Tillman is in over her head for the city council position and is best-electing others to replace her.

  6. Bringing in spouses is a reach because Holly had nothing else to throw at Kim or Maria. Holly and her toxic behavior
